We organize the disciplines that will carry out the project and work closely with you to develop the project strategy. This allows the corporate team members, tasked with implementing the new or retrofit facility, minimum disruption of their daily responsibilities.
Design-build projects involve all building systems: HVAC, electrical and grounding systems, UPS, plumbing, lighting, roofs, energy management, life safety systems, and exterior grounds.
Services include: Facility evaluations, conceptual estimates, budgets, cost analysis, scheduling, specifications, bid preparation and analysis, management and coordination of the design process, contract negotiation and administration, construction oversight, inspection and wrap-up, interface with state and local regulatory agencies.
