FACILITIES PLANNING

We assist clients in the planning and development of new or retrofit commercial, manufacturing and industrial facilities by providing a shopping list services from the initial assessment of operational needs (which establishes the scope of work) through the design, construction, and move-in of their facility.  The process may include one or all, of the following services: Project management and team organization, space requirements programming, interior building design, space planning, construction and installation documents executed on CADD, specifications, interface with regulatory agencies, development of corporate policies related to enclosed office vs. open office concept, workstation design and specifications, sub-contractor qualification and negotiations.

MOVE MANAGEMENT

We work with traffic managers, human resources and key management staff to facilitate corporate moves and relocations of personnel and office system furniture, including teardown, inventory, storage, refurbishment and installation.  We coordinate the installation and fit-up of manufacturing equipment, warehousing, security and telecommunication systems.

INTERIOR DESIGN

Commercial and residential full design service specializing in furniture and office equipment selection and specification, finish selection and specification, color theory and analysis for the workplace, ordering materials, expediting deliveries, and on-site management of vendor installations.

ELECTRICAL / MECHANICAL DESIGN-BUILD

Electrical and mechanical design-build projects, maintenance programs and facility evaluations, computerized automation and building management systems, clean rooms, manufacturing fit-up.

HVAC

We provide design services for your requirements including air quality and energy efficiency.  We will also perform a system analysis to determine levels of filtration, type of heating, cooling, air handling, zone control, and we will provide specifications for your application.

NETWORK AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS DESIGN

Communications is critical to the flow of the workplace.  In the design of voice and data systems, many industry standards apply to your cabling layout and design (copper or fiber) and installation practices.  Our design team will work closely with you to develop requirements and select the proper systems to meet your current and future needs.   Our cabling team will cable your building, campus or network to current standards.

SECURITY AND FIRE ALARM SYSTEMS

The design and installation of integrated electronic security systems is key to the completion of your facility as it safeguards your resources:  The Workplace and the People.  Design and installation services including:  Alarm systems - the latest in technology in hardwired and wireless systems, UL listed central station monitoring; access control systems; life safety systems - entry control for thousands of employees/access areas, single or multiple building control; life safety systems - smoke alarm and emergency evacuation systems to meet local, state, and Americans with Disabilities Act regulations; hazardous gas alarm monitoring systems; fire sprinkler monitoring systems; closed circuit television systems - indoor/outdoor surveillance, microprocessor based matrix switching systems.

SITE ASSESSMENTS

Site Assessments include an Executive Summary, Building Owner's Authorization Clause, Scope of Work, General Description, Geologic and Hydrologic Conditions, Seismic Hazards with description and history, Site Description, Site Reconnaissance, Aerial Photography and a Public Document Search.

REAL ESTATE SUPPORT
