ENGINEERING - CIVIL Commercial and residential civil engineering from conceptual planning through construction management.  Design and engineering covering land development and subdivision projects for commercial, residential, educational and public facilities.  Services include road and street design, mapping, hydraulics, preparation of construction drawings, technical specifications and cost estimates.

CODE COMPLIANCE

Cost of space is the single biggest expense associated with the development and operations of the workplace.   Before negotiating your lease, your proposed facility should be evaluated for it's compliance with local and state codes. LSA will recommend modifications necessary to bring the building/space to compliance with all pertinent codes and regulations including; Title 24, Americans with Disabilities Act, industrial safety and environmental.

MANUFACTURING SERVICES

LSA works with your manufacturing, materials, engineering and quality assurance groups to develop their new requirements for expansion or relocations and the fit-up of new or existing electrical/mechanical production equipment.  In addition we can provide a wide variety of services to facilitate your needs for documentation in design, fabrication and production.
